日本和歌山县立医科大学是公司友好大学，自1986年5月与原山东医科大学缔结友好协议以来，双方在科研、人才培养方面一直保持着密切的友好关系，为公司培养了多名教师和员工。日本和歌山县立医科大学有不少对公司有着良好感情的教授，多年来一直热心关心并支持着两校的友好交流。2010年11月，该校董事长率领代表团来立博中文版官网访问。为建立起全面合作关系，双方于2011年在立博中文版官网举行两员工好交流25周年庆祝，作为庆祝活动的主要内容，双方举办中日医学护理学研讨会，和歌山县立医科大学董事长率领代表团访问立博中文版官网共同庆祝并加深两校的友好学术合作。
